The journey to Cleopatra Island from Marmaris begins
Cleopatra Island is located very close to Marmaris, so the road will not tire you at all.  In the morning, at the appointed time, you will be picked up from the hotel by our comfortable bus, and you will go to the Chamli pier. Just half an hour's drive through the picturesque countryside and you're there.
The marina is located in a very beautiful bay, surrounded by pine forests. Here you will board a small yacht and the boat trip will begin. There are sun loungers on the upper deck, guaranteed to be enough for everyone. On the lower deck you can take a break from the scorching sun and drink tea, coffee or cold drinks, which are included in the price.
From the very beginning we will rush straight to Cleopatra's island in order to be there before the arrival of the other groups. Thanks to this, you will be able to take beautiful photos and have fun swimming on a deserted beach!
 
Romantic history of the island
On the way to the island, you will learn a beautiful legend about the Roman commander Mark Antony and his love for the magnificent Queen Cleopatra.
This small island became a wedding gift from Mark Antony for his beloved with the hope of spending a honeymoon in this paradise. But Cleopatra showed her capricious character, and she did not like the local sand, it is rough and burns her beautiful feet.
Then, without thinking twice, the Roman emperor ordered the sand on the beach to be replaced. And on the same day, several huge ships set off to the shores of the Nile for white soft sand. Whether the wayward beauty had mercy, our guide will definitely tell you, and together you will be able to appreciate the beautiful beach yourself.

Taking a little sand in your hand, you will see that it looks like beads, round and smooth. The grains of sand are hollow inside and this gives them several unique properties.
